Terms & Conditions

Tango Tantra is an online event discovery and ticketing platform operated by Tango Global Group SL, Barcelona, Spain (“Tango Tantra”, “we”, “us”).

Tango Tantra enables independent event organizers (“Organizers”) to list and promote events and enables users (“Attendees”) to discover events and purchase tickets.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific event page, Tango Tantra is not the organizer, producer, host, venue operator or provider of events listed on the Platform.

Tango Tantra provides technological and ticketing services facilitating event discovery, event listings and ticket sales. The relevant Organizer is independently responsible for the organization and delivery of its event, including its content, activities, performers, venue, staff, admission requirements, licensing, safety measures and compliance with applicable law.

Listing or selling tickets for an event through Tango Tantra does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Tango Tantra of the Organizer, venue, performers, attendees or activities taking place at the event.

Ticket prices, applicable service fees and the total amount payable are displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Tickets are subject to the conditions of the relevant event and Organizer. Attendees are responsible for reviewing the event description, admission requirements, age restrictions and applicable policies before purchasing a ticket.

Attendees must comply with applicable law, venue rules, Organizer policies and reasonable instructions from event staff.

Tango Tantra is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent Organizers, venues, performers, staff or Attendees, or for activities occurring during independently organized events, except where liability arises directly from Tango Tantra’s own acts or omissions and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable under Spanish or European Union law.

Event & Organizer Policy

Tango Tantra provides an online platform through which independent Organizers may advertise events and sell tickets.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, events listed on Tango Tantra are independently organized and are not organized, produced, hosted or supervised by Tango Tantra or Tango Global Group SL.

Each Organizer is responsible for:

• the organization and delivery of its event;
• the accuracy of the event listing;
• the venue and its suitability;
• necessary licences and authorizations;
• performers, employees and other personnel;
• admission and identification requirements;
• age restrictions;
• health and safety measures;
• activities taking place during the event;
• attendee conduct and consent policies;
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Organizers must provide accurate and non-misleading information about their events.

Tango Tantra does not control interactions between attendees or between attendees and Organizers at independently organized events.

Listing an event on Tango Tantra does not constitute an endorsement of that event or Organizer.

Tango Tantra reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove events or Organizer accounts that violate Platform policies, applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Safety & Consent Policy

Tango Tantra is intended for adult users and events.

Respect for personal boundaries and consent is fundamental.

Attendance at an event never constitutes consent to physical, intimate or sexual contact.

Buying a ticket, entering a venue, consuming alcohol, wearing particular clothing, participating in an activity or having previously interacted with another person does not constitute consent.

Consent must be freely given, specific and informed. It may be withdrawn at any time.

If consent is withdrawn, the relevant activity must stop.

Organizers are independently responsible for establishing and enforcing appropriate conduct, consent and safety policies at their events.

Attendees should report inappropriate or unsafe behaviour to the relevant Organizer or event staff.

Where there is an immediate threat to someone’s health or safety, attendees should contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Tango Tantra may suspend or remove users, Organizers or events following credible reports of serious violations of Platform policies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation conditions may vary between events and will be displayed during the booking process or communicated by the relevant Organizer.

The Organizer is responsible for delivering the advertised event and for decisions relating to cancellation, postponement or material changes to the event, subject to applicable law.

Where Spanish, European Union or other applicable law provides mandatory refund rights, those rights apply regardless of any conflicting Organizer policy.

Where Tango Tantra processes a refund on behalf of an Organizer, Tango Tantra does so as part of its ticketing services and does not thereby become the Organizer of the event.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processing times and procedures of the relevant payment provider.

Prohibited Events & Content Policy

Tango Tantra may be used to discover and sell tickets for lawful adult social, nightlife, relationship, educational, sex-positive and community events.

The Platform may not be used to advertise, arrange, facilitate or sell access to:

• prostitution or escort services;
• commercial sexual services;
• human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
• sexual activity involving persons under 18;
• non-consensual activity;
• illegal drugs or other unlawful goods or services;
• fraudulent, fictitious or deliberately misleading events;
• exploitation, coercion or abuse;
• any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events and activities comply with applicable law.

Tango Tantra may request additional information concerning an event and may refuse, suspend or remove any listing that violates these requirements.

Law Enforcement Requests

Tango Tantra is operated by Tango Global Group SL, Barcelona, Spain.

Tango Global Group SL cooperates with valid requests from competent law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable Spanish and European Union law.

Official law-enforcement requests should include, where applicable:

• the name of the requesting authority;
• the name and official contact information of the responsible officer;
• the legal basis for the request;
• sufficient information to identify the relevant user, transaction, Organizer or event;
• a clear description of the information requested.

Law-enforcement requests should be submitted to info@tangotantra.com.

Tango Global Group SL reserves the right to verify the identity of the requesting authority and the authenticity, jurisdiction and legal validity of any request before disclosing information.

Requests concerning an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm should be clearly marked EMERGENCY.

Nothing contained on this page constitutes a waiver of any legal or procedural rights available to Tango Global Group SL.

Privacy Policy

Tango Tantra is operated by Tango Global Group SL, Barcelona, Spain.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Depending on use of the Platform, we may process information including names, contact details, account information, ticket and booking information, transaction information, communications with Tango Tantra and technical or security information.

Payment information may be processed directly by independent payment service providers.

Personal data may be processed where necessary to provide our services, perform contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, protect legitimate interests or where the user has provided consent.

Where necessary for the administration of an event, limited attendee information may be provided to the relevant Organizer. This may include the attendee’s name, ticket type and information specifically collected for that event.

Organizers are responsible for processing information they receive in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation.

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, security and other services necessary to operate the Platform.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or pursuant to a valid request from a competent authority.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Under the GDPR, users may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.

Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
